What does it mean? Everything about what we’re doing with this next venture is meant to stretch, challenge, and make us uncomfortable.
So, people first? I’m hoping to see the power of the crowd here. What SHOULD it mean?
Off the top of my head:
Upside spread more generously across the team
Everybody has a voice
It’s not about the opinion of the highest paid person in the room – no HIPPPO
Bold Transparency
We’re humans – drop the facade
Balance? 3-day work week? Emails shut off at 6pm?
Accountability
I want to see a company and every company I am a part of from here on out. To push the limits of what it means to be people first. I’m curious what it means to you?
